The HT2504P is a monolithic step-down switch mode converter with a built in internal power MOSFET. It achieves

2.0A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. It integrates

a high-side, high-voltage, power MOSFET with a current limit of 3.5A, typically. The wide 8.0V to 110V input

range accommodates a variety of step-down applications, making it ideal for automotive, industry, and lighting

applications.

Full protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting, over temperature protection, output short-circuit

protection and softstart function prevents inrush current at turn-on. In shutdown mode the regulator draws 8μA of

supply current.

The HT2504P requires a minimum number of readily available standard external componentsand is available in a space

saving ESOP-8 package.
